The picture on this set is exceptional and the white frame was perfect for the colour scheme in the new kitchen. A small problem with the use of you tube but an email to samsung support sorted this.

This is easily the best tv I have ever purchased. 3D is amazing. However, product description advises vesa support 200x200, its actually 400x400 so take care with any purchase of wall mounting brackets.

I would give this TV a 4.5 out of 5, simply because there is one design flaw, this being that the web browser cannot be updated. You may not think that this is a problem, but ITVPlayer, 4-on-Demand and also BBCiPlayer all need the latest version of FlashPlayer to run their videos...which you can't update. I've tried everything, I even got in touch with Samsung, but to no avail.
But don't let this put you off, it really is an AMAZING TV.

Picture quality is outstanding. loved it. 12 months in some white lines appeared at top of screen. eventually disappeared. Now picture gone - blank screen and only sound. widespread Samsung issue apparently. Google Samsung capacitor faulty and you will see. Now out of warranty. great tv for 12 months but never buying Samsung again.

Great picture,great sound,great variety of extras,not to mention the 3D

It is really smart TV, quite sharp and light too with built in WiFi. Keying in for browsing could be little challenge as one has to key in alphabets one by one by moving directions keys on the keyboard on the screen.

no real experience with other smart tv's but easy to set up and goo d pcture quality and price. would recoomend if you want a smart tv.

First off, Amazon service has been 5 star, although the original TV supplied from Amazon Warehouse was very poorly packed, in a box that did not have much on internal support,was huge and which may well have caused the picture to fail in short order. ( Top 6" of the screen started to go Darker and Darker as the days went on no matter what we did)
Easy to set up all functions incl network although I am presently unable to down load software update.
Great picture, and the sound coupled with a Philips white Soundbar, fantastic.
Looks very bright and modern on the wall mounted bracket, and the thin white bezel really matches in to my living room decoration/fittings.
Blu-Ray player + the 3d effect comes over " Best yet " you have to see it to appreciate it. !!!!
So, so far now happy, although the CityLink driver did try and deliver to my neighbour, never even came to our door as we watched in dis-believe.
Five star Service from Amazon. Two star delivery people and One star Amazon Warehouse for sending out the original "Used as New" purchased item in such a state.
