Excellent product. Bought for my niece for Christmas and she is thrilled with everything about it.

The only problem I have had is when transferring music onto it from the media player. The music went on ok and played fine but the artists names don't come up and I can't work out how to sort this out !!

Instruction book is less than useless.

Overall great product though

Excellent buy as the young daughter has hardly put it down. Easy to work and download from PC etc. Transfer cable just the right length.

I only received this today, so haven't had much time to set it up and play with it whilst my 7 yr old was at school, but so far I'd give it 4/5.
Pros:
Attractive and easy to hold. Nice design.
Good camera, and does video too.
Easy to connect to pc and transfer files.
Parental controls are useful, especially as this can fully access the internet.
Good range of apps available to download, including some free games my child enjoys on another rival brand that a family member owns.
Similar to well-known brand of tablet, so easy to use controls if you have used the other before.

Cons:
Touch screen is very sensitive at times, which can be frustrating if you're trying to scroll and end up clicking instead. Back button gets a lot of use.
Instruction booklet is basic to say the least. Manual looks extensive yet when you open it here are only 10 pages per language, and they don't explain all the functions to you, like how to move icons around or set wallpapers. A lot of trial and error.

Generally a very good item. I have managed to open and login to the moshi site from the icon given, checked the moshi garden, and exited. I have figured out how to download the amazon app store, moved some icons around and changed the background. I am a confident average home user of computers, and I have used the well known rival brand of tablet, so I didn't find this to be too much hassle, but I can fully understand that there will be quite a few people out there getting frustrated with this.

After finally purchasing two of these I was really pleased and knew my boys would be too. (they love the online game and would be on it all day if they could). The moshi monster content already installed was great....however when you click on the link for the game it was temperamental and only registered my touch and movements when it felt like it. I eventually had to bypass the link and go the long way into it through the browser. Having done that when I eventually managed to access their accounts it didn't support the content! That's okay if you never want your monster to do anything. I am rubbish at computers but my husband is great and after trying everything he advised me to return them for a full refund! They were a complete disappointment, the only reason i have given two stars is for the moshi monster content already installed (videos and music). Have decided to get them a blackberry PlayBook instead. For just a few pounds more the quality is much better and will save me having two very frustrated boys Xmas morning!!
