THEY CHARGE AND THEY POWER AMAZINGLY I COULD USE MY METAL DETECTOR FOR HOURS ON END WITHOUT THEM DYING SO I AM VERY HAPPY BUT I AINT HAPPY ABOUT LOSING THEM :( OTHERWISE I FULLY RECOMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS RECHARGABLES

I read the other reviews and the consensus opinion seemed to be that they were OK. I was rather disappointed in their performance AND they seemed to take way longer to recharge than any other types.

I was particularly pleased to find that these batteries have a slightly smaller diameter than many AAs and as a result will slide down the battery tube of very closely machined aluminium torches (most brands of AAs are too fat and get jammed). The only other AA batteries which will fit in the torch I use were the white Eneloops - even the coloured Eneloops were too fat to fit.

The batteries are well priced but according to my Pentax K-x only half charged. Both sets showed only a half-charged in the orange setting rather than green as per new Alkaline Ikea batteries.

So I am charging one set of pre-charged overnight with the other working in the camera. I have taken 20 shots and fine so far.

Very happy with these batteries and cost. They were for my brother in law who is wheelchair bound so having bought charger which is only an hour this proved to be an excellent buy all round

I haven't used many of these batteries so far but as far as I can see they do a decent job. They charge up well and have a decent life. So quite happy with my purchase.

I have bought a lot of rechargeable batteries in my time from the expensive to the cheap and only time will tell how well they perform. Unable to give more than 3 stars for this reason. You pays your money and takes a chance.

these rechargeable batteries are of really good quality, they retain the charge for at least 30% more than my energisers, dont hesitate, these are brilliant quality and value for money
