came in time speedy service great package came within time my lil miss love it but there one issues it has no ip address so she cant connect to net and there is no manual

This product is not worth the money. It over heats, the screen flickers, the wi fi turns itself off, sometimes the apps do not down load. The battery only lasts about 2 hours. As this is meant for children i think they need to re design the tablet.

My daughter loves this!!! Excellent tablet for little girls. Needed a plug adaptor as has a 2 pronged plug. Extremely pleased.

Great tablet for my girls of 4 and 6. They think they hVe a hello kitty iPad. It does everything it needs to just like the iPad of the older ones. Very pleased with them as plays there games and they feel very grown up with it and is very resiliant for little people. Would recommend

We got this for our 7 year old and I cannot connect to the internet, download games or add apps. My daughter is devastated. I have asked for a return and I will order her a Tablet she will be able to use

This is a bit of a let down. I purchased it for my soon to be 8 year old grand daughter as did my sister for her grand daughter of the same age (only she got hers from Argos and at least it came with an adapter for plug).
There is no adapter included in this one, so can not be used in our sockets for charging.
There is no pre loaded hello kitty games or videos
My brother who is an IT consultant for a very large well know corporate company and flies around Uk and other countries setting up their IT systems and then teaching their staff how to use it, could not find how to download any free software or anything else come to that. Will not let you download anything.
You can not go online at all if you set the parental settings which are meant to allow only safe browsing for children.
I wish I had purchased my grand daughter the Moshi Monster one that I had brought for her brother, it is much better, comes complete with lots of pre installed games and videos and he can access youtube and other websites with the parental controls set.
Would not have purchased this one had I known you can not actually do anything with it and no pre downloaded hello kitty games, videos and stuff.
As the Hello Kitty Tablet and the Moshi Monster Tablet are made by the same company and brand I find this really strange that they can be so different from each other in their software which is actually meant to be the same just different children's caracters.

Got my daughter this for Xmas! Works well and she's very happy with it! The two pin plug is a bit of a pain but not the end of the world as many items come with this now days. If your daughter is 8-9 or under this is an ideal tablet

Having searched the market for a tablet to suit a 5 and 3 year old, I decided to get this one. It is a smart little tablet however it is slow, you have to wait around 2-3 sec for it to respond when you click to open an app. Also the appstore is not Google Play, it is the Amazon market appstore so there are a number of free apps that you can download however not as many as you could get on Google Play.
Battery life last around 2 1/2 hrs on full charge which is decent. It doesn't come with an instruction manual, however there is one in the e-books once you turn on the device. The charger plug is 2 pinned rather than 3 (which is standard for a UK device), so you'll have to get an adapter in your local hardware store/supermarket, costs under £2. It does not come with any pre installed apps or story books for children like most other children's tablets, you would have to download it all on the Amazon appstore. Also the tablet does not have any rubber or protective covering so the kids would have to be very careful with it.

firstly this item does not come with a power adaptor for the UK so you will need to get one as it is imported from the EU ! apart from that it arived on time ! im sure my daugher is going to love this product. 5 starts if i didnt need to buy a UK adaptor for it and find out AFTER i got the item as it isnt in the item description.
